Please submit this application and within a few days you should receive an email response, sent to the provided Teen email, that includes our SignUp link. At our SignUp you will be able to view all available opportunities and sign up for the spots that work with your schedule and your needs. If you are volunteering to fulfill a requirement you will need to be responsible for making sure that you meet the number of hours before your deadline.
