Homebound Program

A LIBRARY THAT SERVES ALL OF CUMBERLAND’S RESIDENTS

Any Cumberland resident not able to get to the library is eligible for our homebound service.  Books and other materials can be delivered every three weeks at no charge. This service is overseen by our Outreach Services Coordinator, Katie Jablonski.  NOTE: This service is available for anyone on a regular, permanent basis or for the short-term as someone rehabilitates.

If you would like to arrange for homebound delivery, please fill out the Homebound Delivery Services Sign Up Form.

You may also be able to obtain audio materials through the Talking Books Plus Program.  This program is administered by the Rhode Island Office of Library and Information Services.  It is designed to bring reading materials to those patrons who have low or no vision and like to read.  The library can assist anyone interested in receiving this service.  Please visit the Talking Books Plus site for further information if you are interested.
